Producer bolognese, paladino del lo-fi e del campionamento, appassionato di sequencer e sintetizzatori, Bluørangee aka Luca Morello sperimenta sottogeneri di ogni sorta: ambient, beat liquidi, trame hip hop/rap, lo-fi, abstract e linee jazz ecc. Super prolifico, Luca ha pubblicato svariati ep e album in cassetta per diverse etichette internazionali.

"Registrato completamente nel mio appartamento, Weird Jeans raccoglie stati d'animo contrastanti nati nel caos della città mentre attraversavo un periodo di forte cambiamento nella mia vita e cercavo rifugio e conforto nei pochi spazi verdi di Bologna. Le 15 tracce dell'album sono suonate col microkorg, chitarre e ukulele mentre per le parti vocali e alcuni samples ho campionato vecchi dischi usando la sp404 e la sp202."

A music producer from Bologna, paladin of lo-fi and sampling, sequencer and synthesizers enthusiast, Bluørangee aka Luca Morello experiments with every kind of subgenres: ambient, liquid beats, hip-hop/rap, lo-fi, abstract and jazz lines. Super prolific, Luca recorded many EPs and cassette tapes for different international music labels.

“Fully recorded in my apartment, Weird Jeans collects conflicting moods born from the chaos of the city while I was experiencing a phase of strong change in my life and I was in search of asylum and solace in the few green areas in Bologna. The 15 album tracks are played with microkorg, guitars and ukulele, and I sampled old records with sp404 and sp202 to create vocals and new samples.”
